The General Meeting was held June 13, 2010 At the District 19 general meeting, members voted to continue the present executive board until after the primary election.  Elliot Chabot suggested that we might change the bylaws to allow for elections in September rather than June. The Club should hold elections for a new executive board on Sunday, September 19, 2010. A notice with more details will be sent to all members.  2nd Vice President Jay Hutchins, a candidate for the House of Delegates, asked for a leave of absence from his position on the board until after the primary. Our Legislative Delegation presented a wrap-up of the 2010 Annapolis session. During his report to the membership, The Honorable Hank Heller noted that this was the last time he would address the D19 Club as a legislator.
